Mindfulness is cutting through all the noise to
appreciate the present moment

...a walk in the park, taking time to enjoy a coffee or getting out into the garden can be great, simple ways to build mindfulness into your daily life while also getting more active.

I work with you to tailor your sessions to what works best for you. I can provide personalised activity plans for use outside of sessions, rooted in my Mindfulness Coaching and Physiotherapy expertise.

My Mindfulness Coaching training is based on the highly researched MBSR and MBCT mindfulness programmes, which have proven benefits for improving well-being.

Mindfulness is about noticing the here and now, and learning to calmly bring your attention to thoughts, feelings and physical sensations. While this can be in the form of meditation (don't worry, there is no need to sit cross-legged unless you wish to!), mindfulness can be practiced in many ways...

Some evidenced benefits of learning Mindful practices:

  • Better sleep
  • Reduced stress
  • Increased productivity
  • Reduced pain levels
  • Improved mood
