Seprately to Physiotherapy, I offer a range of wellbeing services designed to support relaxation, connection and whole-person health. These include Indian head massage, mindful movement groups or 1-2-1 sessions, women's sharing circles and mindfulness coaching.

Home Visit Physiotherapy Services for accessible, convenient care:

With extensive experience working with older adults, I understand the specific challenges that can come with ageing. I also work with clients of all ages who live with chronic conditions, including pain, recurring flares, mobility issues, stress, fear of movement, or long-term symptoms. As someone who manages a chronic condition myself, I know the importance of compassionate, adaptable care that meets you where you are.

Whether your goals are to build strength, improve mobility, manage symptoms, or feel more confident in your body, I tailor every session to what matters most to you, combining clinical expertise with empathy and understanding.

Wellbeing Services (not physiotherapy):

I offer wellbeing sessions focused on relaxation, nervous system regulation and community connection. Perfect for those suffering from chronic stress, fatigue or chronic conditions such as endometriosis (which I have) or fibromyalgia.

Indian Head Massage in Manchester:

I am qualified in Indian Head Massage and offer this deeply relaxing treatment at Sister & Soul Urmston, a beautiful wellness space in Manchester.

This traditional therapy focuses on the head, scalp, neck, shoulders and upper back — areas where we commonly hold stress and tension.

Indian Head Massage may help you:

About Your Therapist

Hi, I'm Sam. I'm a HCPC registered Physiotherapist and qualified Mindfulness Coach. I hold additional training in evidence-based Tai Chi for use in clinical settings.

 

I have NHS Physiotherapy experience working with a range of conditions such as such as Falls prevention, Older Adults, Parkinsons / neurological, Stroke, respiratory, chronic conditions, those struggling with reduced mobility and post-surgical recovery.

 

Having three chronic autoimmune conditions myself, I have lived experience of managing symptoms and flare ups to live well.
