60 minute OR 45 minute sessions
One-on-one coaching to enhance mental well-being through mindfulness practices. I will guide you through evidence-based mindfulness techniques to meet your well-being goals. Mindfulness can help relieve pain and stress, and improve sleep, motivation and overall wellbeing.
60 minute OR 90 minute sessions
Physiotherapy-led 1-2-1 or small private groups. Designed to improve movement and mindfulness through gentle tai chi. Suitable for all levels and designed to improve mental and physical well-being. Great to get moving your body, improve your balance or general mobility. Or look out for larger classes, coming soon.
